1. 적용
본 약관은 TODO 상호(사업자명)(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 감정달력(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치·이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 계정
앱은 회원가입이 없습니다. 이용 권한은 기기와 스토어 계정의 구매 기록으로 확인합니다.
3. 유료 서비스
- 무료 체험 기간이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 선택한 상품의 요금이 청구됩니다.
- 정기 결제는 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
- 결제·갱신·해지는 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정 설정에서 관리합니다.
- 평생 이용권은 1회 결제로 해당 앱의 유료 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있는 상품입니다.
- 가격은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다. 기존 구독자에게는 다음 갱신부터 적용됩니다.
4. 환불
결제는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하므로 환불도 각 스토어의 정책에 따릅니다. 회사는 스토어를 통한 환불 절차를 안내합니다.
5. 금지 행위
앱의 역컴파일, 무단 복제·재배포, 자동화 도구를 이용한 비정상적 사용, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠 생성은 금지됩니다.
6. 콘텐츠와 책임
앱이 제공하는 정보와 AI 생성 결과는 참고용이며, 의료·법률·재무 등 전문적 판단을 대체하지 않습니다. 회사는 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 종료
회사는 앱의 기능을 변경하거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 최소 30일 전에 공지하며, 남은 구독 기간은 스토어 정책에 따라 처리합니다.
8. 준거법과 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 회사 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
9. 문의
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Moodpaint (the "app"), provided by TODO 상호(사업자명) (the "company"). Installing or using the app means you accept them.
2. Accounts
There is no sign-up. Entitlements are tied to your device and the store account used for the purchase.
3. Paid features
- If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the selected plan is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- A lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase granting continued access to the paid features of this app.
- Prices may change with prior notice; for existing subscribers changes apply from the next renewal.
4. Refunds
Apple and Google process payments, so refunds follow their policies. We will point you to the right form.
5. Prohibited use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or abuse the app with automated tools, or use it to generate content that infringes the rights of others.
6. No warranty for content
Information and AI-generated output in the app is for reference only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes and termination
Features may change and the service may be discontinued with at least 30 days' notice; remaining subscription periods are handled per store policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with venue at the court having jurisdiction over the company's address.
